"Arrived and was ignored for over 10 minutes at the front desk after filling the sign in sheet. Was eventually asked, combatively, "Can I help you?" and when I stated I was here because I have an appointment, I was told,"Oh! I thought you were a rep." Waited in a cramped hallway with flickering lights for over 20 minutes before they walked the 10 steps to give me the paperwork to fill out. We are now more than 20 minutes past my appointment time with no word of any change. Once I was seen, the nurse and doctor were great. No clue why it took 4 hours for the whole trip. 2nd time here, 1 hour into waiting. There's a person ahead of me who had an appointment for half an hour before mine who is still waiting. Go somewhere else."

"Terrible service. Never returned my phone call. When I finally got through, I was placed on hold for fifteen minutes and then I was hung up on. Very rude when they answered the phone. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else."

"I am writing this review as I sit here and wait for over 1h40 with my bladder full. I came at 10am, they said the technician had an accident and would be late. They asked me to come at 1pm with a full bladder. I am doing this exam because I feel a lot of pain when I hold pee and still, they make me wait for almost 2h with a full bladder, crying and sweating in pain and having to reschedule meetings several times because of their lack of organization or whatever it is. This is disrespectful and ridiculous! Nobody should treat their patients like this."
