"Dr. Bhatt and his entire team including the front desk staff and his Assistant were very professional, patient, caring and extremely thorough. I was actually a walk-in and had not been there for a few years and although they were very busy when I saw Dr. Bhatt he did not rush me and allowed me to explain the reason for my visit. He listened and thoroughly reviewed my medical history and completed a physical. Although it was right before a holiday weekend he received my lab results the very next morning and called to review them with me and explained any concerns or changes I need to make. Once again I received outstanding service !!!!!"

"I don’t even go to this medical center because they were bad, and they are still billing me. I call them to inform them the about the invoices, they cancel it. Then bill me again. Not worth the headache."

"Horrible experience every single time I came. I was sick for 3 months with bumps in the back of my throat. I asked the doctor for a referral to a specialist 3 separate times. Doctor denied my request for a referral. Instead put me on 3 different antibiotic treatments and had me buying over the counter meds. It took 3 months to give me a referral to an ENT who solved the problem in the FIRST visit. Every time I go, appointment or walk in, I am ALWAYS waiting for an hour or more. I went today for an appointment at 11AM. Waited over an hour and was never called in. They took in other patients that were there both before and after me. I will never return here and do not recommend anyone going to this office."
