Wanting to get a general checkup because I haven't had a general checkup in 7 years does not mean I haven't seen any physician in the last 7 years. "Awful office team and a really bad experience with Dr Mayorquin. I’ve been seeing her for the past few years and everything always seems to be a problem when trying to reach her, or get anything from her. The assistants who work in her office are unhelpful and sometimes even rude. The few times that I’ve needed help, the answer is always no. No appointments available, no time for a call, no prescriptions by mail, no to everything. The last straw was arriving to my ultrasound appointment last week, only to find out that they never sent the prescription. Such disorganization and lack of interest is very typical at this office. What’s the point of having a Dr if she is never available for you? This is definitely not what you need from a primary physician and for this reason, I’m out."

"From first experience I loved it and it never changed. She asks you a lot of questions on symptoms, actually checks and never just rushes through. She believes in medicine both medical and holistic and I love that she is open to both. She is non-judgmental, is genuinely concerned, very polite and friendly. Her receptionist is also very helpful and organized, and you can tell they are in sync. If any referrals the office provides all information making it very easy.
