"If I could give this hospital zero stars, I would. They ER resembles some b-movie horror movie; dirty with low lights and screaming patients. The doctors and hospital went crazy for my insurnace charging 88k for a simple visit. This does not even begin to consider the mis diagnosis. I found myself at a better (literally any other hospital or meat butcher) hospital 3 days letter getting actual quality care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."
"Many years ago. My mother had lost my baby sister she was still born. The hospital kept the baby. We never gave her a burial. She was full-term. The only thing I know is that they took some Polaroids and that was it. We never got a death certificate or anything. They sent my mother home after giving birth two days later. But we never found out whatever happened to my little sister. I was 15 years old. I now am 49 and I still wonder whatever happened to my sister’s body. I think the hospital should have allowed us to take her home and given her a funeral"
"My stay at Christ Hospital was excellent. Dr. Ramay was excellent....detail oriented, very compassionate and kept me informed. The Nurses are truly angels, compassionate, thorough and give their all to care for their patients. I felt safe, cared for and when I needed them they were always there. The support staff are talented, gifted individuals who perform their jobs professionally and again....with compassion. Whatever the recipe is....it certainly works! I am blessed to have been treated at Christ Hospital and eternally grateful. I am on the road to recovery......because of you. Linda Sommer"
"They did horrendous service with my daughter. My daughter went in for a back ache. She ended up stating 2 weeks. They were giving her Blood pressure, heart pills . You name out. Had to pull her out and take her to another hospital. My daughter is only 23 years old. Pls becareful. Hospital is dirty. Terrible Service. The imaging Center, where they perform MRI is terrible. My daughter went through 3 days taking MRIs. The last one was almost 6 hours.Pls be careful. I would love to give them a 0."
"Today, I had experienced the worst of Christ Hospital. I went in to get a procedure done and Registration had the wrong demographics on my account (address, phone number etc etc.) Not to mention, that I over heard the next patient in the next room going through the same situation with another Representative over the same exact thing, which is a serious red flag. Not putting in the correct information on the patients correct account, can cause numerous issues. This only tells me that people are not paying attention to detail and are causing numerous issues for this hospital and patients. It was only 8:15AM and the drama with this hospital already began. Secondly, once my procedure was done at the Endoscopy Recovering Unit, I witnessed a RN by the name of Elsie who was very unprofessional at communicating with another Nurse by giving her such negative feed back and demanding for this other nurse to stop attending to the patient she was caring for at that very moment, and to quickly go and attend to another patient which was very unprofessional and very rude. In my opinion....NO NURSE SHOULD DROP A PATIENT AND STOP CARING FOR THEM TO GO ATTEND ANOTHER. YOU MUST FINISH EACH AND EVERY TASK CAUTIOUSLY AND CAREFULLY. Thank god that the other nurse professionally cared for the first patient correctly before she moved on to the next patient. The RN Elsie was so unprofessional in front of other patients and staffs by shouting and demanding for the other nurse to basically drop the patient that she was caring for and go attend another patient because she said so. Which that was extremely unprofessional coming from a RN which she should know better. However, The other nurse nicely told the RN Elsie in a very low tone of voice "As soon as I am done with this first patient, I will attend to the other patient. Please give me a minute because I was with this patient first". The RN Elsie responded back by saying "Whatever, this patient needs to be cared for first". The RN Elsie was so rude and very unprofessional and continued to demand orders and shouting; it was horrible. I am sure that the other nurse felt embarrassed and out of place. Another nurse I believe by the name of Susanne called them both in to the staff room to simmer things down. That was very horrible; I don't think that no nurse should ever speak to another nurse in that form of way. You cannot speak to anyone the way you want. RESPECT IS AND ALWAYS SHOULD BE THE MAIN KEY which Ms. Elsie didn't have at all for anyone in that department; not the staffs or patients. If a report was or should be needed, please take this as an incident report from a patient that experienced a horrible experience at Registration and witnessed this episode that actually took place on June 11, 2023 between 9:20 AM to 9:30 AM in the Endoscopy Recovering Department. Maybe other patients will tell about the horrible experience that they had at the registration department on to the endoscopy department. FYI....If anyone ever want to see a good soap opera, go to Christ Hospital; its better than General Hospital."
