"Dr Morrero is always professional, takes the time to listen and never makes you feel rushed. Extremely helpful, kind and attentive."
"Horrible Experience just setting up a first-time consultation. I called early at 10:30 am the assistant tells me the doctor is "running late" she does not know what time she will be in. I proceed to enquire about their service based on their clinic being listed on the NY.Gov site for Medicated Marijuana Prescriptions for PTSD patients like myself. The assistant says Yes it's a new service we provide what insurance do you have again? I said Medicaid Fidelis care they say it's no accepted but we can still charge you $275 for the marijuana prescription Card" because even the insurance we accept does not cover it? I said fine set up the appointment take my number and email and let me know what to bring first visit. She said no I can't set that up right now until the doctor comes in but I will have her call you back. 3 pm no call so I call back the assistant proceeds and refused to tell me if the doctor was in and refused to set up an appointment for me. They acted like I did not exists and they never took my information down and even said I can't help you like 3 times. Money hungry sure, Bad customer service sure, Rude disrespectful and dishonest without care for new patients. look elsewhere folks If i could do 0 stars i would! I will report them to the state site have them removed from that listing something is very shady about this clinic."
"Both Dr Morero and Dr Dali are attentive and really care about their patients. They're great at nagging you to be compliant with their instructions but they are also both very caring and competent doctors. And they take the time to talk with you and are concerned about your entire life. Unlike some other local doctors they are not just out to see as many people as they can during a day just to collect money. When my stepfather was in the ER my mother threw a fit and refused every Doctor until Dr Morero came over and when my Uncle looked confused about why this attractive doctor in a mini skirt was better than the 60something year olds and students that she had refused to see. She told him that she was the one that saved my life in 2013 and was mine and my husband's doctor. If my stepfather had survived he probably would have become a patient of hers too as will my mother once her Doctor (Zapata) finally retires."
"Dr. Dali is very good and will reach out to her patients if she sees that their blood results or exam come back with negative results from the lab. She has a smaller office across the street from Wyckoff Hospital. Her office at times will be crowded with patients and the waiting time can be longer then normal at times. I will give you a few reasons why this happens. Dr. Dali sits and talks with her patients, she asks questions and asks if you have concerns or questions yourself. That makes those visits longer. If her office has a lot of patients, then they keep coming back and that's a reason to say, they like her. I have provided a few pictures of her office located at 149 St. Nicholas Ave. in Brooklyn."
"Doctor Morero is great and really friendly, but the office itself is money-hungry. First time I went they made me pay the visit out of pocket even though I had health insurance and my plan always covers part of my visits. Second time when I told them other doctors just bill me afterward they made up a number to pay them for the visit. I had trouble with refilling a medication, and even though the bottle says I got 3 refills left until next year they want me to go see the doctor (out of pocket because I now have a different health insurance plan that is not accepted there) because “I haven’t seen the doctor since 4 months ago”, even though last time I saw doctor Morero she said I didn’t have to come back for a year unless I was sick."
