"This office has an awful system of scheduling appointments and patients cannot rely on them for care at all. After my toddler and I began seeing a therapist and established trust, we were completely let down. I had a change of employment and asked their office for guidance in choosing coverage that their office accepts. According to the therapist’s advice, I chose a plan that would allow us to continue sessions uninterrupted. Sadly I was never able to successfully get another appointment. I called for months, leaving several voicemails in hopes of resuming sessions but was never helped. I got Taina the receptionist a few times through phone tag but to no avail. I even went in person but entered an empty office with not even a secretary to inquire with. Direct text messages to the therapist on the phone line she provided me even went unanswered. Highly unprofessional behavior and especially thoughtless considering their line of work. I Do not recommend relying on this “care group” if you wish to truly be cared for."

"I was a patient from Sept 2020 until recently. The doctors here are great; my psychiatrist was Danielle. The problem, however, is actually setting up an appointment - specifically for an established patient. First off, Google lists the operating hours as 9am-9pm - which is inaccurate. No one will answer till noon. When you do manage to get someone to answer, they probably won't be able to schedule an appointment for you during that first conversation. Almost every time I tried to make an appointment with Danielle to refill my prescription, I was told that her schedule is unknown and that the office would call me back. Most of the time, you will not get a call back. It will be on you to call back - and even then - you still might not book your appointment. This ultimately led to my decision to leave the practice and find a new doctor. A month before I needed my refill I had called to make an appointment, and as usual, got the "I will call you back" line. To no one's surprise, I never received a call. Almost a month later, with a week left on my script, I then had to call them back. The office notified me that Danielle was out of the country and there was no one available to help me refill my prescription. In addition to not being notified that my doctor was going to be unavailable, there was no back up plan of any kind in place for her patients. I was riddled with anxiety that entire week, not knowing if I would get my prescription - that I have been on for over a year and a half - refilled in time. A significant amount of my time was spent researching and pleading with multiple new offices to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, no one I contacted was accepting new patients any time soon. CCG is suppose to help my anxiety, not exacerbate it. The lack of communication, organization and empathy that led to my stress and humiliation is why I finally had to give up on this place."
"First and foremost, the staff was super friendly. I felt welcomed. But the billing team takes these 5 stars, giving informative advice in regards to my payment arrangements and found what was best for me. In my personal experience, billing was the worst part of my visit but the Team here at Creative Care group made sure I was confident in my arrangements. Left with reassurance and a sense of peace, which is rare. Totally recommend this place to anyone!"
