"Disgusted with entire ER staff should be ashamed of themselves. They should all be fired. In my opinion. The most 3rd world hospital I ever seen. Please avoid this place at all cost if you value your health and sanity stay away. You’ll be met with nurses laughing at your physical appearance, trash talking zero empathy. You are nothing but a number."
"I fall sunday in my home this was the fourth time. was taken to Jamaica emergency al l was fine at first triage nurses were sweet to me then they put me in trmemor the doctor's were excellent they sent me for cat scan. No broken bone but a lot of pain. The doctor left orders for pain medication that I never got I m 84 years of age I asked for it over and over. The nurse told me I was discharged and the night nurses must have forgot to give it to me. The doctor's was gone. So they had to check the chart they ask was sure I didn getthe medication I'm 84 not crazy. I was In terrible pain I was not treated right I was there until Monday waiting for my aid to pick me up they had food and water but i was not asked did I want anything I watched as they put food in the garbage. This has been my hospital for years I've never been treated like this. I wouldn't take a dog here in an emergency . I used to love this hospital and its doctors what happen to this place. "Relative cut his finger and kept him there for 3 hours more than he had to. He was waiting until we called and they said “Oh he’s still here?” and then handed his paper and told him he was free to go after wasting his time. Lady also numbed his hand and tore off his nail, but they didn’t numb it properly and the pain was unbearable and so they injected him three times and left his whole hand swollen."
"This emergency room One of the worst places in the City. This was the very bad experience I've ever had with a family member! Bad behavior! Nurses care less! Urgent friends are very rude! Food is not provided! Hospitals in war-torn countries get better service than this! The city government should look into this aspect urgently!!!!"
"Brought my mother here because she recently had a seizure and was in a lot of pain despite given medication from Forest hills Hospital. They took her in the waiting from since 5pm and just left her there. Eventually they gave her pain killers and took her urine. I waited about an hour and went to ask if I could go see her. I was told no that she was doing CAT scans. Okay so I waited around 2 more hours and asked again if I could go see what’s going on with her. I was again no that their doing CAT scans. The ENTIRE TIME my mother is texting me telling me they have not done the scans and that she was told they don’t know when they’ll be able to. So they’re lying to visitors about their family members. Do not come here."
