"The worst customer service ever and rude office. Women singing in my ear while looking up patient chart. Called 5 time to get assistance and no help. This isn't a doctor you want looking after you."

"I did blood work since March. He didn’t order the test I ask for and it’s December n he still haven’t called with results. U make an appointment and u will be in his office for at least 5 hours. Staff attitude stinks over the phone. He is not up to date in his practice. He doesn’t even have a patient portal. I had to call my insurance company to see what lab he send my blood to in order to see my results. I would never go back"

"This Dr. is a good doctor overall. He’s been our family doctor for many years but we started leaving one by one to seek a more professional place. We’re completely sick of waiting for hours, if you have a 10a.m appointment you’ll sign in and won’t be seen for up to 4 to 6 hours later, if you think I’m kidding then make an appointment. We constantly complain and nothing has changed. The girl at the window will have you sit for hrs while people she knows comes in and walk straight to the back while you sit there and wait. She also has a VERY nasty attitude that she gives to everyone, not the young girl, older hard face girl. She has no respect and I had to give it to her one day. We constantly complain about her to the doctor and he does nothing. If you want to wait all day to see the doctor and be disrespected the. This is the place to visit. Just make sure you have the whole day to waste sitting there."

"The receptionist that worked on Wednssday 12/8/2021 is the most disrespectful employee to the public I have ever seen. No professionalism, rude, hostile, stood at the window of the desk and said to me that I was miserable, yelled at me when asked her if Dr Ajah could see my son that"I have an emergency and I dont know if he will see everyone. I have to go" in a loud hostile tone. I will have to reconsider if I will remain with Dr Ajah who is a very good and experienced MD, sad....not sure how Dr Ajah can allow such unprofessionalism. If I could rate her a 0 I would.."

"Dr. Ajah is our family doctor for many years. We have moved from New York to Virginia and have not switched from Dr. Ajah. My husband and I go to see him for our annual check ups. If we have an emergency or have to see other doctors we make sure to forward every report for his final review and consultation. We trust him. He truly cares about his patients and teaches you how to understand your own body. Other doctors want you to rely on them to keep coming, not Dr. Ajah, he cares. Lenore the medical assistant is the best needle sticker, ever!!! I am TERRIFIED of needles, but I never feel it when she sticks me."
