"This doctor is horrible and insensitive. My 96 yr old grandmother is bedridden due to stroke. She is a patient of his and he refuses to see her. He wants her to come into his office. His receptionists are rude and nasty to the patients as well."

"Dr. Chinai has been my Primary Care Physician for about 17 yrs. He is a wonderful doctor who is very thorough with all health concerns. He listens and is compassionate. He will address all your concerns immediately. At the front desk, Liz and Karen is super nice and soft spoken. They always greet with a warm and friendly smile. Their phlebotomist is also sweet and does a great job taking your blood. She is quick and makes it pain free. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chinai for anyone's Physician, him and his staff are wonderful."

"This place will RIP YOU OFF! Stay away! I recently went there for a quick annual health check up - talked with the nurse practitioner and Dr. Chinai for 1 minute - took some blood test and that was it. Then I was asked to re-visit the office next week to get my health exam results. The following week I went there, Dr. Chinai talked me for 30 seconds because I'm perfectly healthy, I was happy to know the result and left. However when I got the bill from my insurance company, I noticed that they billed $400 for each "visit" - so $800 in total (the billing from the blood test lab was separate which I'm happy to pay for because I indeed got the service). After insurance I would still need to pay $300 out of pocket. I wasn't aware of the second visit to "check exam result" being counted as a "rendered service" because it was so informal and quick (30 sec). It was even more unreasonable that they charge $400 for a quick conversation like that. I appealed, but they basically said no, it WAS a valid service, then sold my bill to debt collector. What a horrible clinic! What I am trying to say is, this clinic will rip you off, and they know their charge is unreasonable so they will quickly sell your bills to debt collector if you refuse to pay (or try to negotiate). DON'T COME!"
