"This guys terrible. Communicates horribly and does bad job of explaining conditions. Its like your pulling teeth with him. He has a real bad bedside manor and rushes your meetings. Additionally the office does a bad job of getting back to you about simple stuff like paperwork. Before you choose this doctor try finding once with a better communication style."

"I trusted this doctor with my ears. The first few times he did an ear cleaning I was fine, however this past Monday I don’t know what happened but he hurt me twice during the ear cleaning to the point that I cried out twice “ouch that hurts a lot” , I was in such pain and shock. As soon as it was done I felt ear fullness and severe pain. It’s been 5 days and I’m still in tremendous pain. I’m afraid of the damage this has done to my already bad hearing condition, I don’t think I could ever trust another doctor with my ears after this. I legit don’t know what happened, this doctor used to be careful and gentle. I’m traumatized after this experience. Update it’s been 2 months and I’m still in tremendous pain. I have ear spams, multiple tinnitus sounds that are very severe, sound sensitivity to all sound, i can’t leave my house I’m homebound in pain. I can’t sleep because of how much pain I’m in. I have sent emails with this doctor pleading for any help with this situation to no avail, he hasn’t responded at all. He literally took my life from me. Please if you care about your health and life do not see this doctor!!! He needs to be investigated!! As a result from the ear injury this man caused me I have been diagnosed with cochlear concussion and cochlear hydrops. I was informed that this cannot be treated. This man Harry Pantilides should not even be called a doctor for the injury he’s caused and life he ruined. He shouldn’t even go back to medical school he should just drop from the field. I hope he doesn’t get a chance to ruin anymore lives."

"My mom had a terrible experience with this doctor. Sedative was put in her nose, doctor waited 45 min, started procedure and when she started to complain of pain, he tried to give her laughing gas to “take the edge off”.. inappropriate. I told my mom to contact her insurance company to report him, she won’t do it because she doesn’t want problems, I, on the other hand don’t mind a little conflict. She now has a doctor that she really enjoys, Dr. Michael Burnett in Manhattan. Very thankful for him, she is no longer upset before going to her appointments and I couldn’t be happier."
