"Horrible HORRIBLE do not recommend!!! We were in the waiting room for hours. We were told we’d see the doctor, weren’t given one until an hour or so in. The doctor told us the toe was dislocated, but after we insisted on getting an XRay he was WRONG and it was actually BROKEN. Then the doctor handed us off to another doctor and told us we’d also be seeing the orthopedic surgeon. Another two hours later we are told the ortho isn’t coming and the second doctor would just tape up a broken toe - which is what the FIRST doctor would do. All the while, 5 hours went by and we were provided with no medication, no help and told to sit in an hallway. It wasn’t until we asked for a bed that we were provided with one. All doctors are extremely snarky and rude, nobody cares about patients here, there’s not an ounce of empathy from any of the doctors. It’s shocking… I’ve never been anywhere like it. I could not recommend this place less. Do not come here."

"Every person I interacted with from the moment I walked into the building until I left many hours later left an impression on me for being kind and genuinely listening. They are real-life heroes I cannot praise highly enough. Thank you to them."
"Trigger warning : falsely told I had a miscarriage UPDATE : I did reach out with the information below and no one ever got back to me . I would probably be seen by a random person who claims to be a doctor on the side of the street before I come back here . Came in for something unrelated which ended up being pregnancy care in the ER . They said everything looked okay , I got meds for my actual issue not pregnancy related and went home . I got a call 4 days later to come back (not sure why) but I go back and this “ob doctor” comes in to tell me I am having a missed miscarriage and the baby has passed away .The doctor prior to them sending the OB actually said “why are you here “ & someone else asked me if I had a therapist ! So I don’t even know if they were sure of the patient they were speaking to because I had 3 different conversations ! This “ob” then checked me to see if “pieces of it were falling out inside of me “ and suggested that I go to planned parenthood the next day to get it removed . Told me she was “sorry” and left out the room …. then asked me to get out the room so someone else could come in . This was all within 15 minutes ! . We could get into the fact that telling someone “to see if it is falling out of you” while having a “miscarriage” is horrific but by now you see it’s been a long few days of false and conflicting information from them. They also put on my chart that they spent an hour with me discussing this which is incorrect and I’ll be following up with my insurance . ODDLY enough , up until now things had not been feeling correct with this ER and we need to know when to get second opinions and advocate for ourselves so I decided to follow up elsewhere and lo and behold my baby is ALIVE ! So I spent an entire week stressing , anticipating a miscarriage , preparing my job for time off , mourning with family only to then find out .. that EVERYTHING WAS FINE . You can only imagine the emotional turmoil I went through here for absolutely nothing and i truly wonder how much expecting women went and aborted VIABLE children at the advice of this ob . Also wanted to add that the nurses were FANTASTIC . Literal 10 out of 10 and they were so kind , empathetic and everything you would want out of a nurse . So I do not want my review to in any way reflect my treatment with the nurses."
"This place is the best ! I am traveling from California and woke up with extreme pain in the thigh area and was unable to walk very much because of it. Upon arriving the triage nurse took my vitals and took me inside. When I told her I had trouble walking and was in pain she got me a wheelchair and said we will figure out what’s going on. I waited for the Doctor which then came to talk to me and said she was concerned because my condition was not something she usually had seen while being an ER doctor but she said not to worry and would first start with blood work and an ultrasound of the area to see if anything abnormal would show. Meanwhile I waited for the results she started me on an IV and gave me something to try to help with the pain. All this was done within 1-2 hours which if I were in an ER in California would take them at least 10-12 hours. Although it sucks that I am on vacation with my family. I really appreciate this Hospital being quick and attentive to my needs."
