"Dr MUNNE is an excellent physician BUT her reception staff have horrendous people skill. No eye contact with patients while having a conversation. Refuses to let “a” family member with elderly patient, who are the primary caregiver attend the consultation after hospitalization. Thank goodness the staff does not work for a pediatrician office because they will probably deny a parent inside during child visit."

A front desk member called to reschedule my appointment because the doctor would not be in, which is understandable. But when I asked for a later date due to difficulty in re-requesting time off from work, the member threatened not to have my medications refilled."

Dr. Munne does not try to rush you out of the office she exams you very good and if there is a problem she will address it by medication or send you to a specialist or set up an X-ray etc. One day I was in the office talking to her and I just started crying I was dealing with so much in my life she asked me if she could give me a hug to comfort me. We talked and I told her everything and she gave me some advice and told me she wanted me to talk to someone to help me get through my problems.
