"Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. It’s gotta be a pretty badly run place to be this awful. They made mistakes in scheduling and had me show up and wait - and then cancel! Their billing is filled with errors and omissions so you get billed for incorrect amounts. Worst part is the staff takes no accountability and blame each other. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this place. You deserve better especially when it comes to your healthcare."

"No wait, first upon opening. Professional medical imaging. They made sure beforehand that I knew what to do, and I knew what was expected. Painless visit and free parking in their lot, onsite. Least amount of stress associated with yearly exams, ever. I highly recommend this place for imaging."

"EDIT: Per the "Response from the owner" pushing me to reach out to the Patient Relations Department. I have been in contact with this department at least 15 times within the last 3-month regarding this case and they did ABSOUTELY NOTHING TO ASSIST! BEWARE! RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Similar to other reviews, I too was recommended by my doctor to go here for an Ultrasound and was left with an absolutely ridiculous bill. This imaging center bills as a hospital vs the outpatient imaging center that it is, in order to UNETHICALLY drive-up costs to their patients. This place is SHADY and should not be allowed to do this. Additionally, Randall Koch and the billing department DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR WELL BEING and instead are robbing its patients. Do not come here, even if it is the last center on earth! :)"

"As a first time mom I believe every step of the way throughout pregnancy is special and should be made special. Today I had the pleasure of being serviced by ultrasound technician Nicollette H. who made my experience so amazing. She was very welcoming, professional, took her time to answer any questions I had, and was understanding of my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed, pressured to leave, and I really did feel well-taken care of. Her bedside manner is not something we see in today’s customer service field. Nicollette, once again thank you so very much for providing me with such great service. I hope so many momma’s get to be your patients and get the opportunity to experience your care."
