"Went to a doc in serious pain and was prescribed meds that cost me 800 USD for basic cream costing 3-4 usd elsewhere. They blame the insurance companies no accountability. Doctor announced my condition in front of entire office staff and I felt uncomfortable. In my opinion this place wants your money onlly, with no care no concern and in my opinion patients should be advised and watch their back."

"Good Afternoon. I'm a patient with Englewood Health, I go to 2 Journal Square for chemo and other health issues. The building is beautiful, however, the lobby has no seats for you to sit while waiting for your ride to pick you up and Im weak due to chemo. I use to sit in the chairs in the Orthepedics office behind the security desk, until one day a nurse practitioner, was decorating a Christmas Tree and I complimented her on how beautiful it was and she asked who was I waiting for. I explained that I was just waiting for an Uber. She said the waiting rooms are for Englewood Health patients only. I explained that I am a Englewood Health patient and Im exhausted from chemo and would only be there a few minutes. She reiterated it and the next time I came to the building there was a sign on the door stating that only patients for that office is allowed to sit inside the office. Each time I came, there were several empty chairs, actually I can recall seeing maybe one person and several empty chairs. If a patient for that office ever needed a chair, I would have moved. The sign also said, no one can use the bathroom. Where is the compassion and empathy. Its very sad and disappointing. Can someone look into this please. Thank you for your time."

"So far not impressed, my husband had an appointment for 3:30 and every one else got called in and he still waiting here to be seen , my husband went to the receptionist and said what’s taking so long , so says the doctor talks a lot and it’s backed up , really you couldn’t say that from the beginning. Mind you he never meet the doctor yet. Second Visit and my husband had a visit at 3:45 and and we still waiting here people come in and get seen before my husband now it’s 4:36 pm and still didn’t get seen they skip him this place I wouldn’t recommend to nobody"

"Spectacular, I recommend it to everyone. Immense staff training, excellent service and attention. The doctors are well trained in the area, especially my father's Oncologist-Hematologist, Dr. Upadhyaya, looking for an Oncologist, I came to him by reference, very humane and simple. God bless everyone in that center."
