"I was able to get a last-minute appointment with this doctor. The front desk people were very nice. I only waited about 15 minutes for my appointment even though the office was busy. Like many comments have said, the appointment and visit were very quick. The doctor was in and out in five minutes. But I think he did a fine job. He used some special device to check inside my ears and confirm that I had an ear infection. He told me to continue taking the antibiotics that my primary had given me to , and to come back in a week if it had not gotten better, and he would consider giving me a steroid injection for the swelling. He was conservative about giving me a steroid injection on the first visit and I appreciate that."
