"Don't bother calling the receptionists.They hate the patients and treat you like a leper, but that's if they pick up the phone. And if they talk to you, they have thick accents sometimes completely foreign and will only happily put the phone down even while you're still talking. And they will never call you back. I have been with the doctors (Shah and Tolentino) for a long time and they are the only ones who can help you. Problem is: they don't like talking on the phone either. So be ready to take a trip to the clinic each time you have a question. Oh, and if you do get in, use check or cash to pay. They charge big credit card fee."

"Staff is very rude. I called to get a form faxed over to me, instead of receiving an answer after giving her the fax number she ends the call. I call back to just confirm that everything was understood and She told me not to call back. I call once more to understand what is going on and why she keeps ending the call. She tells me that she is busy that when she has the chance she'll fax over the form. I explained to her that that was all the needed to tell me instead of ending the call without saying anything. It is very rude and once again she ends the call. The thing I wonder the most is why people who act like this land a job there. It truly do not get it."

"Very bad reception at the clinic. She was not ready to call my insurance company for the details. I had to pay $95 from out of my pocket and when I called the insurance company myself, they told that it’s only $35 copay. It’s just that the receptionist didn’t want to do any work. Hopefully the Doctor takes care of it."

"Front desk confirmed appt and arrival and I drive 1 hour in for them to say come back tomorrow. Front desk Shalini then lied to co worker Mohini that she confirmed I am eligible for appointment but that is not true. This is not a good place. They will waste your time and effort."

"The front desk assistant is rude! She doesn’t want to help the patients. When I requested them to fill out the “Physical Examination form” which I had to submit it to my employer. She said “its too much of work to do, I can’t do it”. And not to mention those were only 3 of paper to be filled and it was just yes or no questions. She said I can’t do anything you have to come back on Monday. How am I supposed to come back on Monday when I work full time? This is ridiculous. Totally disappointed. I request them to hire more employees so that they can be productive and helpful."
