"I may change this review upon completion of the encounter and the follow ups. Not a good first impression. The ladies at desk barely acknowledged that I showed up. Head down, one of them mumbled something and pointed to the clipboard with forms to complete. Chairs are so dirty as if someone has puked on them. I don’t expect a well designed waiting room which is actually a plus but , minimum courtesy, cleanliness and some spirit to the room is expected. Thanks"
