"The wait time here is ridiculous. What is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait 2+ hours. They have so many rooms in the office but only 2 doctors seeing patients, with about 10-15 people waiting to be seen. I hope to change my grandmas doctor because this is not convenient at all."

"My mom has been going here for years and recent had a lot of shoulder pain. Rumana saw her and said she must get injections and that my mom had to pay for although she never had to pay while seeing Rumana before. She felt very pressured to pay for this and decided to seek a second opinion with a different doctor who said she only needed physical therapy and that injections were not necessary at all. In fact, this new doctor knows of Rumana and said all of Rumana’s patients come to her because of Rumana’s inability to solve their simple medical issues. Please go to a different doctor who has the appropriate medical knowledge to treat your issues."

The assistant's attitude makes it seem like they got the job after graduating from MIT or Harvard. Now, the question is, why do we like to go there?
