"As previous reviews noted, I have been getting hounded for labcorp fees that should have been covered by the payment I have made to the clinic. Would not recommend this place unless you like getting several hundred dollars of extra charge."

"My partner and I both went to this office last year and have had horrible experiences with the billing and unwarranted charges. They had separately charged the both of us for our annual physicals (our insurance covers 100%) and it’s impossible to reach the billing department when trying to cancel this charge. Not to mention they sent me an additional bill a year after the fact on the same annual that I had already paid for. It feels really low and upsetting that supporting a small business would result in hours wasted and money lost."

"Both times I've gone in I waited longer than an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time. I made a request for a prescription update in person and via messaging through their app, and they were forgotten and ignored. The second visit was literally just so the doctor could look at my blood work and tell me, "Everything looks good. That's it." I even asked if I could do the results over the phone, and the office insisted I had to come in to discuss the numbers with the doctor. If you like wasting your time and missing your prescriptions, you should book an appointment with Dr. Almendral. If I could give a zero star review, I would."

"I have been a patient at this practice for about 2 years. The doctors and nurses here have always been kind and treated me well and I feel like my health has been handled well by the providers here. However, this office is almost impossible to get in contact with. The phone is almost always busy and they do not respond to messages. Last few times I called to make an appointment I spoke with someone and they said they’ll leave a message with the scheduler but I always had to call and confirm because they never called me back. They seem a bit disorganized and the hours are not consistent. It’s unfortunate because the care here has been consistent and they know my history but the front desk is truly a barrier."
