"I put two stars because I have been going to Dr. Samuel for over two years. When my two eldest sons transitioned out of pediatrics, they began to go to Dr. Samuel. And it is not an easy office, Dr. Samuel is only there two days a week. The appointments take at least 90 minutes. However, I always explained to myself that it was worth the wait. It was a lie! With in the last two weeks, I have called to make an appointment and they send me to the hospital for a sore throat. I try to speak to the doctor and the receptionist gives me the run around. For those of us who have co-pays we are suppose to pay $500 for an ER visit versus $30 to see the doctor. Not to mention, two hours at the doctor's office versus five plus hours in the hospital. He has lost me as a patient. I will be looking for a new physician. As for my sore throat, two hours at urgent care, $100 bucks and it's a nasal infection. I'm hoping this Z-pack works quickly. My money, my insurance can pay any physician, I am sad to go but it is evident they have zero patient loyalties or considerations."
