"All week I was sick and today just felt worse and decided to go to Immedicenter (referred by my colleague). Check-in was very efficient and courteous. Medical Assistant was very kind and thorough as well as PA. PA was very engaged and thoroughly assessed my symptoms, did necessary testing. Very clean office. Wait time was reasonable; I believe you cannot rush provider when they are trying to do proper diagnosis and testing for precise treatment, so I was pleased with wait time which was normal and not as long as some offices may have. Highly recommend for urgent need or follow-up. Not to mention, location was also very convenient for me."

"Don't bother. First time I visited, I was being helped inside at the counter. After hearing my symptoms and despite a negative COVID result, I was made to go outside to call and start all over again. I called and was put on hold for 25 minutes. I left. Two days later I still don't feel well and decided to try again since they are right down the street from me. Nope. Was at the urgent care before they even opened. Called this time instead of going in and was told to go to the ER. Didn't even bother to see me. Received immediate care elsewhere that didn't result in a hefty ER bill per their suggestion."

"Went on a Saturday morning and had to wait over 2 hours. There wasn't even a lot of people to begin with and the people at the front desk were very rude and just talking to themselves. After waiting over 3 hours doctor saw me and I was sent home in 5 minutes. I headed to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription and it still wasn't sent by the doctor 5 hours later I went back to the urgent care to speak to them about the prescription they hadn't even send it yet. Worst place I've been, will not be returning to this location. Do not recommend it."

"The staff in this location is professional, patient, kind and welcoming. They are always helpful and making sure everyone is taken care of. The office is clean and that’s comforting during this time. Carla is amazing and goes above and beyond for patients and staff. I feel at ease when I go to this location."

"I am a longtime patient here with Dr. Palmer. She is knowledgeable, listens, and demonstrates true concern to optimize my health regimen. She spends the time needed and I have never felt rushed. I'm quite happy with the overall care I receive. The patient portal is great for reviewing test results and communicating with your doctor. I always set up 'first-thing-in-the-morning' appointments, so I rarely have much of a wait. Because they provide a much-needed walk-in service, it's understandable that on high volume times like weekends there's a bit of a wait...much less than the extensive wait time at the emergency room."
