"Not very happy with the front desk or the approach I was given to my concerns. Been seeing this doctor for years and working as a nurse I have good bedside manner, but truthfully I expected the same when being a patient. I don’t feel good lately and went to a routine physical and a lab value was elevated. No call from the doctor. When I reached out to the front desk, the secretary kept arguing that I need to come and pay a co pay to follow up. “The doctor doesn’t talk to patients on the phone”. Then she said it’s only elevated a little the doctor isn’t concerned. That’s absurd I never heard of that before, especially when I know very well most doctors call patients and atleast explain certain things. I don’t think they care to know if there’s something wrong or needing further work up because I know my body is not well, pains aches numbness possible autoimmune? Dr Google shouldn’t be my Primary ."

"I have been going to Dr. Agnieszka Kwapniewski for many years and she is truly one of the best doctors I have had. I have gone through my share of "scares" and medical conditions that needed treatment and every time, I felt like reassured and confident by the doctor recommendation. What really stood out to me was Dr. Kwapniewski empathy. During my latest visit, I had a very painful cyst in a very uncomfortable area and she went out of her way to seek for someone to assist me to remove it same day, and successfully did so. I felt instant relief and I will never forget this kind gesture. There are a lot of doctors out there but finding the good ones who truly care is rare: she is one of the best! To top it off, the office staff and nurse are also very friendly and caring. For all of those I would definitely recommend Dr. Kwapniewski to anyone!"

"Very disappointed. I referred my mother to this office because I had great feed back from friends about this doctor. If I could give it no star I would. My mother called to try to make an appointment because she was not feeling well. She was told by the receptionist to call back when she’s feeling better ?! When my mother told me I was ready to call this office and give them piece of my mind. But it just wasn’t worth my time or energy. What’s the point of having a doctor when your feeling all better? I get it some go just for the a check up . If it wasn’t for the urgent care on Passaic Ave my mom probably would have been hospitalized. I hope you change your protocols. We need doctor offices not only for regular check up visits. We need doctor offices that will also help the ill."
