"vI went to see you in the Spring for my Physical and gave a urine sample. You had 30 days before you quit to tell me my Urine test showed POSITIVE for a UTI, but you did not. I called 31 days after my appointment as I was experiencing extreme pain and fatigue , dizziness etc. and the office told me , after looking at my chart "oh your Doctor left here, didn't he tell you that you tested positive for a UTI? That's probably why you feel those symptoms" but it had grown, by that time, into a full blown Kidney infection. SHAME ON YOU!! I could have died!! What a disgrace!"

Also Dr. Rodriguez is the best doctor around, hands down very professional and very helpful. His commitment to making sure your health is improving and gets better is just stupendous. "If you are considering Dr. Reinerio please DON'T! Look for a different Doctor. This Doctor does not care about patients health at all. After my experience with him. It is obvious he is not interested in helping you with your health problem. I went to see him for a skin rash that I've been having for almost 2 weeks. I waited to see him for about 30 to 40 minutes minutes to just be able to talk to him for not even 20 seconds. When he finally came to the room, he asked me what was I there for, then without even checking my skin he started typing a prescription and rushed me to the door. He did not even take a look of my skin nor asked me for other symptoms I could have, therefore I myself try to show him how my skin is looking and he ignored me to continue typing the prescription. 3 days have passed and the medicine he prescribed without even checking my skin has not done any improvement in my condition. I am looking for a different Dr. that actually does what is supposed to. I should have believed the bad reviews he has here. They are all true!"

"I wish I had the great experience with Dr. Rodriguez that others have. I have seen him several times but still never a glimmer of recognition. I had my blood work done on his office thinking I would get my results quickly, what a joke. It took a week and I had to get really upset with the staff before they could get him to give it a cursory glance. I told him I was concerned about diabetes. He never even got on the phone so when I questioned the staffer giving me the results she had no answers for me. What kind of doctor won't even give his patient blood work results? This weekend I fractured my foot and I had to see a podiatrist. I called Dr. Rodriguez's office asking them to fax a referral for my appointment the next day and how the podiatrist wouldn't see me without it and I was in pain and really needed the doctor so please fax the referral. Do you think they bothered to fax the referral? No, because they couldn't care less about their patients. I had to call one hour before my podiatrist appointment and again get upset to get them to respond. You can't ask them anything nicely or professionally because they don't hear you. Or maybe they don't hear me because I can't speak Spanish. I don't really care why, I just need to find another doctor."
