"Went well for my MRI on the sixth floor and my surgeon sees me for follow ups on the seventh floor. Everyone is on point and alert. Clean and safe place."
"Was scheduled for a SIBO test at their lab. to make the initial appointment was an incredible headache. No one seemed to know who was in charge of scheduling. Once I finally got a hold of someone to make the appointment, I was informed 48 hours prior that the test was cancelled. Again, I tried to call back for information, given another run around filled with misinformation. Upon arriving for the test staff were inconsiderate and relatively uncaring."
"I would rate them 0 if there is an option. Doctor is fine but the nurse and receptions are so unprofessional, insensitive, and inconsiderate, only care about money. 1st time I was referred by urgent care, despite my insurance said they will cover urgent referrals, the receptionist at this location just don’t want to go through the trouble to apply so I had to pay out of pocket! Worse of all, Jacky at the 16th floor couldn’t find my referral letter - which I would need to get reimbursement, and despite she promised many times she would email me, she never did! Worst of all, the cancelled my surgical appointment and didn’t notify me, until I took my pain killer and actually went there! This is not a healthcare provider, they are man-killers!"
"I wish I could rate the hospital a zero. My experience with them was terrible. It's evident they prioritize charging for services over saving lives. When my daughter was born there last year, they failed to attend to her jaundiced eyes and discharged us hastily without proper examination. As a result, she became extremely ill at home, nearly losing her life due to their negligence. It took almost two months of care at CHOP (thankfully) to rectify the situation caused by Mount Sinai's lack of proper medical attention. I strongly advise staying away from this hospital as they prioritize profits over people's well-being."
"I came in with my husband for an appointment. Due to covid front desk said no escort. So I respectfully stood downstairs. Then I see people like couple going upstairs and not elderly couples young couples or a family members. They choose who they let go upstairs. These 2 couple went up together. The other picture one was checking temp and the other was ask question. Then another couple goes in and gets in elevator. I think they need to be consistent. This is why people start disrespecting and getting angry. Is not the first time Mount Sinai does that inconsistency."
