Reviews
"Seen fairly quickly. Doctor knowledgeable, and staff friendly."
"Dr. Soroko and her staff are really nice and patient. I’ve been to her twice thus far and the wait is reasonable. In addition to this, I was relieved to have a Doctor who was finally able to provide me with an explanation and solution regarding what was going on with me. She listened to all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I especially appreciate the follow ups as we both are determined to see my infection go away."
"Seeing Dr Soroko? Good luck…. Friendly enough, but you won’t actually get treatment. You will get your co-pay collected, information collected, everything will get requested…. Treatment will not get rendered. If you don’t give up, you will likely need to find another doctor. I wouldn’t waste my time; I def won’t anymore."
"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS DOCTOR, despite all the "awards" she has posted on the walls. I went to this doctor because I have had three infections in two months and I was advised to see an infectious disease doctor to help me determine the cause. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the office, I was again sick, with diarrhea, lack of appetite, loss of weight, fatigue. Instead of trying to find out the source of all my illnesses, she had me take a blood test and some stool samples. When the stool samples came back negative, she washed her hands of my case. She didn't even have the courtesy to call me but had her "scribe" call me and tell me to take probiotics which I have been doing, but there was nothing the doctor could do since I currently had no "infection." I asked about one of the tests of blood called ESR whose results were off the chart. He said all the blood work was fine, but I was slightly anemic. He did not address the ESR. After being sick for more than two months, I thought I could get a few answers from this doctor, but no. I am hoping the autopsy will show the cause of death, since I know that going without food for much longer will kill me."
"Waited over 25 hours to see her on second visit. Poor communications overall Dr talks into tape recorder and doesn’t look at you. Staff is rude and lies telling you it’s only a few minutes. Everyone in waiting room coughing and annoyed at wait time. I was over 1.5 hours in wait room and then left in exam room for another half hour Shame on that practice!"
