"This place is amazing..free Parking. Nice staff and modern office. Most of the complaints I see are from a ways back and mostly unfounded from what I've encountered. Could be because it's new Management? Could be on people not being proactive? Dunno, all I care is that I'm being well taken care of with basic insurance"
"Waited like 30 min which wasn't bad but the service was amazing everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend"
"I have been a patient for many years. Dr Kadianakis is absolutely amazing. The staff cares, she is a doctor that cares and she/ her staff takes their time listening and recording everything so they can help the patient the best way possible. I made a last minute appointment today, actually what took 15 min on hold for automated service on wait for the person to get me an appointment and she was able to get me today and I was in and out of the office in less than one hour. I really don’t care about waiting to see an excellent doctor."
"I can truly go on and on about how absolutely horrible this office is. I have been a patient for 15 years out of location. Often I go to urgent care to avoid the office. While I will start by saying I have seen every doctor and the doctors are very nice and knowledgeable, which is one reason I continued to go there. If you plan on going you will need to set a minimum of two hours for your time there. You will sit on the waiting room for an hour while the front desk is snarky and rude, treating you like you do not matter. Last week they made an appointment for when the doctor was on vacation- never called and bothered to cancel it. The appointment was rescheduled for the following week. I arrived 5 minutes early and waited 30 minutes when the reception looked up and said there are 2 people ahead of you. Mind you I was the only person in the office when I arrived and three people came after, all were out in rooms before me. She said my appointment was 11:30 and not 1:30. She was incorrect, either way something should have been said when I walked in not 30 minutes later. She then said it will be another half an hour. The doctor said I needed an X-ray. I called later that night for prior authorization, nobody has bothered to call me back in 2 days. When I was there Wednesday I received the pneumonia vaccine, in which I am having a reaction too. I called today during office hours to explain what is happening. I was told we are too busy go to urgent care. Why bother having a general practitioner at all. Who gives you a shot and will not see you after from what was done at that office. Again none of this is out of character, for this office.. however I did explain I have 3 young children and would be very hard for me to get an urgent care, instead of my doctor one block away that gave me the shot. Also when I started to domain this to the office manager, mid sentence Simone said nobody told me I had to talk to anybody. Anyway like everyone else I know I'm done with this office and will find a new doctor. Northwell should really eliminate this office, it is a horrible reflection of your company"
"This office is terrible. Bad service from the front desk and people that make the appointments. They are rude. They schedule for test and then you show up and your not on the schedule. You have the appointment card and they refuse you. The vascular dr never shows up for his appointments and they cancel at the very last minute. They hold your medicine prescriptions hostage and you have to beg for it for your sick father. They never answer the phone. My father needed test and he never got them. He passed away and they never told me he had heart failure. Flushing hospital had to tell me. Also he needed a ct scan of his chest. It never happened. I am still waiting for the woman Theresa to call me back with the approval. That was 3 months ago. Stay out of this office. Stay far away from here and this is no joke. The very worst office you will ever visit."
