"I don't do this often but I when do is cause I have my reasons. The doctor Fausto Gonzalez is a great doctor lets take that out the way. But his staff are SLOPPY and UNPROFESSIONAL. they are the reason I had to change my grandmother and mother after 7 years with this doctor. They don't know when the doctor will be in or if a simple physical would be ready in 3 days or 2 weeks. When they don't want to work they will answer your phone call the first time and place you on hold for up to 45 mins. then when you hang up they will NOT answer your number or any number at that. For you to get an appointment is always a guessing game and will not confirm the appointment or tell you if the doctor decided to take a personal day or vacation they day of your appointment, you'll have to find out after you're at the location( Washington heights location ). they are extremely rude and hostile. Of course they will be. when they are often being talked to bad for their lack of professionalism and knowledge of the basics in a PHD office. and always extremely defensive, WE didn't want to change doctors cause he is a great caring doctor he takes his time with his patience and give great medical advice, but his staff from the front desk all need to get fired and hire professionals that are well trained and have experience in the medical area."

"Dr. Gonzalez is a great physician. My late father used to be a patient of his and he was always on top of things. For the last year or so, my mother decided to change her physician and became a patient of Dr. Gonzalez; she is pretty happy with him. However, the staff, mainly the young ladies working there are a different story. They are rude, disrespectful and love to make fun of elderlies and non English speaking people. They forget that today, they are the ones treating people like &%$#, but tomorrow, they will be on the other side of the counter."

"The receptionist at this medical office is the WORST!!!I Diana is sooo rude, her attitude is the nastiest! She places you on hold for over 10 mins. I have called several times in one day and she would pick up the phone and hang up. This medical office will benefit of a more professional receptionist, because the doctor is amazing! Hope he reads this and does something about it. Extremely rude receptionist! The worst!"
