"I would rate this place with just one star, and that's solely for the accommodating staff. However, visiting here requires more than just patience. Despite arriving at 10 am, I found myself still waiting at 2 pm without being called. In a medical facility, patients shouldn't have to wait for hours like this. Time is a precious commodity, and unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be valued at this establishment."

"Used to be great when Margie (receptionist) worked there. Nowadays, appointments are for about three months, and when you finally get your appointment, and you finally confirm your appointment and day before, and arrive on time. Do not matter, still they will make you wait over one hour, and they will help whoever arrive without appointment or with a later appointment than your as long as they bring something for the staff. They are more for the money rather than to help the patients, I will stop going there for good."

"WE LOVE Dr. Perez! Her "bedside manner", care and concern is top quality! We went to her for a few years, would drive from Brooklyn... *Prior to the pandemic* The main issue we had was receiving a bill for three visits each, for my husband and myself, two years after the visits. How in the world could we go to her six visits and never pay our copay. When I called to double check if they only took cash, I was told they took credit cards... Either they never asked me for a copay (because I would have paid with a card) or never sent a bill (never received a bill in the mail). I would go back, but sad about this experience. The wait time was fine, most of the time we went at the end of the day."

"Dr. Perez is the best. Always leave their knowing I am getting the best care. She also has a wonderful team that works with her. The front desk staff are wonderful they do a great job. The ladies that do your vitals are super great, they are always so professional and their customer service is outstanding. If you want the best care, professional service and excellent customer service, Health Development & Restoration is the place to go."

"Excellent service, starting from the front desk receptionists (Angel and Patricia), their caring nurses, SW Jessica, assistant Dr. Charlene Cruz, Dr. Andrea Perez herself, all her office staff are very kind and professional. They make me feel listened to, cared for and I trust them with my health. As for waiting time, I rather wait and have my issues taken care in a proper and compassionate manner so I don't mind waiting but with all honesty and fairness, I have never had to wait a long time. Highly recommended..."
