"Do you want to be taken for a fool? Belittled? Than this is the place for you! I never have gotten past front desk. The people who work there sent me to make an appointment through their online system. I have tried several times. The system was temporarily down. I voiced my concern to the lady at the front desk. She looked at me as if I am either an idiot or a bother and asked to try again. The second lady at front desk told me that they have ways of signing me in. She also said not to hurry them along. They were both sitting and staring at their computers, doing nothing! I did mention that there is no line, and all the patients were sitting and waiting. This was not a hectic place. They took a great offense at that. They threated to call the manager, and I left. All in all, front desk staff is rude and condescending. My family and I will never come back here again."

"The staff and doctors here are amazing! I want to personally thank everyone for your support and professionalism. I went in a few days before my appointment to meet everyone and the staff gave me the paperwork to fill out so my appointment went smoothly. They helped me with my anxiety and made the process easy. I want to specifically thank Jeannette, Vivian, and Erika. You are all amazing! I appreciate being greeted with bright, welcoming smiles. When I walked into the building, I was lost and Wendy greeted me and helped me to get to the correct location for a MRI. Thank you, Wendy! I couldn't have found my way without your help and professionalism as a greeter. The company couldn't have picked a better greeter! Tiffany and Lee helped me with my MRI. They were very professional and kind and friendly. I can't thank everyone enough!"

"My two daughters recently visited Dr. Phillips and Dr. Distefano, and both doctors were exceptional in their approach to treating children. My daughters usually dislike going to the doctor, but Dr. Phillips and Dr. Distefano handled their treatments with such patience and care, engaging with them on their level. This made my daughters feel much braver and more comfortable during their visits. Highly recommend these doctors for their outstanding care!"

"Reception desk need to give proper information to patients when going for sn MRI or any test that would require a diabetic patient about the glucose sensor. These sensors are not cheap. I applied 1 on Saturday and it’s only 2 days ago and I had to take it off because the procedure scheduler did not informed me nor even asked or mention if I use 1 and that I won’t be able to wear it for the MRI. I am very upset about this. These sensors cost a lot of money. I strongly believe I should be either reimbursed or Summit Medical give me 1 at no cost. Hope someone reads the and advise what can be done. Thank you. So far, all the physicians I have met and seen are top quality professionals. I have no complaints for any of the doctors. They all get 10+Stars. Thank you Doctors. The front desk staff are not nice. Rude. They sometimes ignore you and at other times can’t wait to get rid of you. Sorry just had to add this. Hopefully the office manager can give them ethical training and how to represent the practice. They are not doing any favors to the patients. Thank you"

"Jeanette is the bomb dot com! She is so clear and respectful over the phone and in person. She runs the show in the reception area always keeping a calm and professional demeanor. My Nuclear Thyroid Scan technician in radiology was very through, kind and supportive throughout the whole session. I have had a very good experience using summit Health services specifically Dr. Agarwal in Endocrinology and his staff and team. Also, well lit and clean facility. I am referring to the Clifton office on broad street."
