"I had a great experience there. I had to get 2 tests done. The technician who did both my tests was wonderful. She professional, caring and kind. All the employees were nice. Even when I called to make the appointment, the woman on the phone was so patient with me. She went above and beyond to make an appointment for me and she was so pleasant."
"Unbelievable. My girlfriend set up an appointment that needed to be scheduled according to her cycle. The front desk did not communicate the proper timing and when she went, she couldn’t get the test. When she went to talk about rescheduling, the front desk staff still did not know the timing of it. They need better training for the staff. What a waste of time. Bright side…she said she will definitely be going to a different place because this place was filthy."
"Hello, Everything is Great. Technicians are amazing. Staff is respectful. The only thing that made me a little disappointed was, I wasn’t given the accommodation that I requested. My request during the appointment was to have a female technician. I respect all male technicians working there but as a Muslim lady I would feel more comfortable with a female technician."
