"I love dr. Ana , shes great but no one ever picks up the phone . I can call all week early afternoon so on , and it rings then voicemail but when i go to the office they have staff behind the desk ? So who answers the phone . . ?"

"Never seen a doctor office who could care less about patients. The check-ups were always rushed, we had to follow up on the app to ask for lab results. My mom tested positive for H.Pylori virus and we asked what was the next steps and asked if antibiotics and treatments are needed and she said "will prescribe if you want" ?!? I feel like this doctor just want to get us out of the door with no intentions to actually learning more about what's going on with her patients. The staff is the WORST. They were 8 out of 10 times rude when on the phone and also in person. It's always the "whatever" attitude. Check-in always took a long time. I do not recommend."

"While I LOVED my experience with Dr. Pudinak herself, the hours are minimal. No weekend availability and only attends during regular 9-5 hours. She is a fantastic doctor and knows her stuff, but as a primary care facility, three times, I’ve had to find out information on my own since the front desk doesn’t seem to have much information. Not sure if it’s a matter of new staff, but for the last two months, it feels as if I’ve been communicating with a “friend” super casually rather than at a doctor's office. It's not comforting to feel like I should know more about their backend professes. I don’t appreciate having to find out everything on my own aside from the portal the Dr. provides with her notations."
