"Had an appointment for 6/12/24, they even called the day before to confirm. I get here and they say “You’re appointment was for the 10th. I said “NO, I have my appointment card”. The receptionist says “I don’t need it, you can have a seat”. When I got there no was was in the sitting room. Around 2pm 3 patients came in and were called in before me. I’m 78 years old still seating here waiting. I shouldn’t be treated this way. Learn how to correctly input appointments in your system. It’s obvious they are clueless. Stop gossiping with each other and be more focused to patients needs!!"

"always a amazing time when I come here. people need to let go of feelings because of the girls doing 8 jobs at once and didn't get too you in the 15 second you expected them to. Grow up, as for the doctors they become your family they care and are very knowledgeable."

"i counted 4 girls just standing around when there were 5 of us checking on. One of them were actually on the phone with patients while another was on a personal call and the others just staring at us. they were rude and dismissive. the patients in front of you should be main priority and maybe have someone else answering calls? regardless its super unorganized, you arent EVER seen at your appointment time. plan to spend the day here or just find somewhere else to go to. not worth it"
