"I would've rated it a zero. This had no bearing on Dr. Paul Krisa. He has been working with me on numerous medical issues for the past decade. Since the takeover of of his practice by Englewood Health, it's nothing but a sham by some unscrupulous bunch who have no business operating a health care organization. Stay away, unless you like expensive treatments by so called specialists. Things that were mostly taken care of by Dr. Krisa himself. I'm sorry to part ways this way but there was no other way. Thank you for your service."

"I have seen Dr Krisa for almost 2 decades and I have to say this management company has really made the experience intolerable. Everything is about the co-pay and not about the service. If you need a prescription be prepared to make an appointment every 3 months. When you go in they will tell you you are not eligible for a physical because that’s once every six months and they will ask you why you are there? It’s just to get a refill that they used to do for at least 6 months between visits. During my last visit after a 2 hour wait in the office I watched them berate an elderly woman because she had the “nerve” to ask when she would be seen. If you are looking for a new doctor, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere."
