"I need to say Dr. Bitar is one of the greatest Dr i came across as very sufficient. My problem is with the office staff. I called 3 weeks ago to inform the doctor that I've been bleeding. I'm on the depo shot. This is the reason I started going to her in the first place. I talked to the secretary and she told me it's normal. i said no, it's not i work in the health field. Told her to tell Dr. bitar. I never received a call back thats the first week second week i called i left a message did get a call back third week i called talked to someone she told me dr bitar doesnt talk to patients and she doesnt know why i didnt get a call back but insure me she will let dr bitar know. I was upset im bleeding out clots for three weeks. i wanted to talk to her, but they refussed. i said i would make an appointment with another gyn. It's been a month now i call back because i still didn't get a call. The secretary said well you TOLD ME, and YOU WILL GET ANOTHER DR." Oh, you can remember that, but nobody can tell Dr. bitar my nessage. I have been bleeding a whole month and nothing. I have an appointment with another gyn. i have to start feom scratch now. It's a shame my mom Felicia goes to her and loves her. i had my first kid with her. But she needs staff that care about her patients as much as she does."
