"Most horrible experience. I called in at 10AM to speak to Gail letting her know I needed an appointment for myself and my son. She took all my insurance information and said she would verify my insurance and call me back which she never did. I then called in at 4PM and spoke to Gerard letting him know I was supposed to be getting call back for an appointment which and I never did. He goes on to ask me what I need and I let him know annual check ups for myself and my son. He asked me when was the last time we had them and I advised him last year which he proceeds to tell me my insurance wouldn’t cover me and my son for physicals. I asked him why would you say that without any information or checking and he told me “maybe you need to find another doctor then” and did not book my appointment. I asked to speak to the office manager and he said I am the office manager. He seemed very mad to be working and bothered that we wanted an appointment with the doctor. I would recommend with staff dealing with potential patients in that manner you do yourself a favor and find another doctor. They are the first representation of what you would be getting yourself into."
