"Went to see a family member today and was treated very poorly. Visitation hours for today are 7:30pm-8:30pm. I was allowed inside at 7:40-45pm. I requested to have 10 minutes added to the visitation hours and the staff stated, "Yes, sure." At 8:30pm the nurse stated, "Visitation hours are over (to the whole group)" I spoke to the nurse who redirected me to the "Nurse Pam." I explained how I am able to visit only once a week and I was shorted of my time. Pam stated, "Well I don't know what to tell you. The security guard has to leave!" I told her that is not my issue. Why were visitors let in about 15 mins late? She couldn't answer the question due to being super nasty and mean by yelling so loud that everyone stopped and looked at her. If staff treat visitors like this then I could only imagine how patients are treated here. Staff here are not professional, extremely rude, and should NOT be working in this field."

"They do not help you at all here getting away from verbally abusive parent's, pregnacy no polar, anxiety, parent's who are physically abusive, and even domestic violence cases happended 4 x already too I got no help what so ever at all the counselor Dr. Dorothy Regensburg needs to retired she's sick elderly and stopped caring about her job too recently she also needs to stop the blame game on the patient too she knows no parents or people should be verbally abusive, physically abusive, and assault too first. I had to change counselors myself and psychiatric Dr. Arroyo is very unprofessional and a racist too he's a Puerto Rican who told me to get marry before I got pregnant accidentally he didn't want to tell me at all what was going to happen to my baby at all when I was pregnant too I found out I was actually supposed to be on medications for bi polar 2 and anxiety too during my whole pregnancy this also had caused me to get gestational diabetes anger isses no sleep bi polar depressed anxious and not eating properly too I'm now looking for a brand new psychologist and even a counselor because this is patient abuses and medical malpractice too."
