"no one picked up the phone ever !"

"I could honestly understand why most of the staff has an attitude. No one is ever on the same page and you have people doing way more then others. I’ve sat and watched a women lose her mind answering phone call after phone call and attending to patients who were also entering the facility while the other girl sat on face time with god knows who. I can totally understand why that would be frustrating and people don’t deserve to be put under that stress in a work place meant to assist others. I seriously believe this place should be reevaluated through out the entire staff. I literally only come here for the OBGYN because of Mrs Bell but i hear she retired and it honestly brakes my heart but this place needs serious evaluation. send a secret shopper or the big boss should just silently walk in and watch. it’s completely messed up in here. like its saddening to watch them work under this pressure there’s absolutely no reason one worker should be drowning in work while the younger one relaxes its insanity and its also disturbing to watch. i would use the word disgusting but i want to keep it formal. oh and calling to make an appointment forget about it you might as well show up as i have been for months. i respect their time and would love to make an appointment but they don’t respect their patients and would leave them on hold to point of no end"

"The worst doctors ever I will not recommend ANYONE to go there the front staff is horrible RUDE an the lady in the billing office she has the most worst attitude ever very nasty an RUDE shes a Disgrace to that work Facility she should be fired .. The only people in that doctors office that's nice is DR.A an her nurse Quadirah. I wished DR.A an Quadirah worked in another facility I would definitely follow them. PLEASE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A DOCTORS OFFICE DO NOT GO THERE."

"HORRIBLE! I went there last week and I just went for a drilling and a filling. At first everything was fine until a week later where I had excruciating pain in my tooth, the next day the pain had spread to my jaw and even tapping it hurt like crazy. Then I had to go to the hospital to get it checked out and there was an infection. I then had to have the tooth removed. Please, NEVER EVER visit this place, the dentist does not know what he is doing and the people who answer the phone never answer at all. Never go here it is not a good place."

"The people at the front desk are very unprofessional and hateful. Today is 10/14/15, and I have been going to this clinic since I was a baby. My mother was divorced and was left with three children, so naturally she took us to a clinic to get the health care we all needed. Today of all days, they were rude to me, denied me service, and degraded me on the phone with my mother. I asked one of the women to speak to my mother on the phone, to clarify why I am there and any issues they had that I could not answer. She took my phone and she put it facedown on her desk. As if to have my mother talking to herself. She joked about it with her friends, and laughed about it in my face. I hope she reads this and understands that her job is to help people and that she works in a clinic for a reason. You are not better than anyone, so please be a human and help another fellow human out -- someone who is experiencing pain with her teeth. I would never wish such hateful feelings on another human being. Just because you hate your job, doesn't mean you shouldn't act like a woman who doesn't care about the people begging for help in front of her. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I advise everyone who reads this review to do the same."
