"Long wait times and continuous frustrating experiences. The office hours cannot be found online and are inconsistent. They sometimes answer the phone, but during closed office hours(which is 50% of the time) there is no machine to let you know that they are closed or not. Sometimes someone will pick up. I was told to call tomorrow, and so I did and no one answered. I called the next day 3 time and was hung up on. Went to the office and it was closed... I called back again the next day, and now they are closed all weekend. Why wasn't I told this before? Don't ask for directions to the office because they only know the address. The doctors are knowledgeable and sometimes they are open late. Make an appointment before you go, it will cut the usual wait time down. With an appointment the wait time is usually an hour. Without it, good luck!"
