"Front staff is very incompetent. The phone never works. I went in person to make an appointment and the front desk ppl had an attitude, didn't make my appointment before “it was too late” and promise a call next day. Dr. Garcia needs to hire proffesionals to be the face of her business!"

"Dr. Garcia is great but the receptionist has a very nasty attitude. Once you get past the almost 2 hour wait time and finally get to the back, Dr. Garcia is very attentive and welcoming. If my appointment is at 9am I should not still be waiting in the waiting room at 11:30. As far as that they need to do better, and provide customer service training to the front line employees that have to greet with patients."
