"Okay, I’m about to change doctors because my app. Is scheduled at a certain time let’s say 9:00am why are a lot of people scheduled the same time it makes no sense and I have to wait about an hour or two just to be seen. It’s a waste of time and then when I’m suppose to be doing blood work they schedule me to talk about an issue instead of doing everything at once. For example, why do I have to come in to talk about something for me to come in two weeks to do blood work then come back in another week to do a physical when all of this can be done in one day. It makes no sense. The doctor is good but I have things u have to do . Change ur scheduling ."
"I have been going to this doctor’s office for a couple years now but noticed that the staff isn’t as professional as they used to be. Staff does not pay attention to details and because of that I have been left with multiple medical bills. I changed insurances and provided my new insurance card to the receptionist and made her aware that I don’t use my old insurance anymore. This visit was in January 2021 by the way and it’s now July and I’m still having issues clearing up my bills . A couple weeks after my appointment, I received a medical bill from my old insurance. I called the doctors office and they decided that they would now charge my new insurance. A few weeks after that I received another medical bill from the doctor’s office stating that I did not pay them my copay. Immediately, I checked my bank account because I remember using my debit card to pay them. Checked my bank statement and it showed that I paid them. A couple weeks after that I received another bill from Lenco lab stating that I owed them. (This happened because the doctor’s office decided to send my lab work to a lab that does not accept my new insurance , however the lab accepted my old inactive insurance) I personally called Lenco lab to try working out something with them. When I called they said they would bill my new insurance but it’s not a guarantee that they would pay. I also made the doctors office aware of their mistake. My new insurance paid only a part of my bill and in June I received another bill from the lab. So I called my doctor’s office and made them aware that because of their irresponsibility I am now left with a bill. The billing department at the doctor’s office said that they would try to work things out with Lenco lab and get my bill written off. It’s been about a month now and still nothing has changed. When I spoke with the doctors office, they were still telling me that I owed them their copay . I honestly liked going to this doctor before all of this billing issue but the lack of professionalism and lack of support makes me really sketchy about going back. Mistakes do happen but when it comes on to medical bills and insurance verification, the team needs to be on top of it. If the team checked to see which one of my insurances were active even though I already told them which insurance to charge, this issue wouldn’t have occurred and they would not have lost a customer. At this point, I do not recommend going here."
