"My experience with Dr Pacheco and staff during this appt was great! My only issue is that this past April I tried calling for a sick appt I was told he had no availability for almost 4 weeks. Not even a telemedicine phone call could be made. I was very disappointed and instead had to take myself to an urgent care center. Where I was diagnosed with a severe sinus and throat infection and given medication. I never had this issue in his old office. I hope in the future I will be able to get appts with Dr Pacheco not only when I am well but especially when I am sick."
