"I made my first appointment with this doctor in March. First available appointment was April 27th. I just called to confirm a week before, and was told I did not have an app't. I gave the name of who I spoke too and was told they did not put it in the system. Of course I was not pleased. The girls told me "nothing they could do". This was on the staff and would not budge. I needed this app't desperately. Not to now wait another month. Any feedback you read here about the staff being rude [and incompetent], is spot on. Stay away at all costs."

"Too slow ..and his wife that works at the front desk is rude..i waited 3 hrs..i walked out and she left me 3 rude messages on my voice mail.. And i paid my co-pay..changing my doctor"
