"We have aides from community- this agency is the worst. They put their profits above the patient. Their aides routinely don’t show up. Its a nightmare"

"Community home care is my number one Agency I must say I really loved working with them and I work with them like a year’s and still continuing to work with them,the coordinates are so good and the payroll are the best they will never take your money , and also the HR department. I really recommend them to those who wish to work as home care ❤️"

"I recieve HHA services and frankly im not to impressed. The HHAs are nice but very inexperienced. You can tell they lack alot of training. Ive had my food burnt, my mop and broom broken. Plates and cups shattered. They also seem to call out alot. Every other day i have a new HHA coming in because someone is always having a family emergency. I've had to reschedule multiple doctors appointments to accommodate the HHAs emergencies or working preferences. I finally find one HHA that could work the permanent hours i actually need and the coordinator refused to let her work with me because she wanted her for other cases. Also, some of the phone reps are pretty rude too. I have seen how the reps hang up the phone on the aide while the aide is speaking to them. I've also had a rep pick up the phone only to hear her sigh and scoff and hang up. It's crazy because i can actually hear them. Honestly, at this point im considering changing to another company because after a year im starting to get frustrated with the services."

"I love coming to the Yonkers office. Every time I have a question, I always get helped. The lovely lady in the front, Ana helped me today to download my HHA Application and for work supplies. I am always prepare because of Yonkers!!"

"Today is my birthday! Office representative Ana helped me download the two most important apps (HHA Exchange and Care Connect). She even helped me set up an Apple ID account so that I can be able to download my applications. Her patience is immaculate and I thank her for teaching me. Now I know everything I have to do. Thank you"
