"Dr. Brabston has been my primary doctor for at least 20 years and I have a lot of great things to say: almost no waiting time in office, he is respectful, thorough, and understanding. Waiting time is a big deal for me since I have difficulty sitting for long due to a terrible back, and I have *never* waited more than 10 minutes. The staff is dedicated, polite, and there is almost no turnover- the same people for the entire time with a few additional since becoming part of Valley. He is not one of those doctors that insists you come in every time you need a simple med refill or question answered,and for things like serious vomiting or stomach issues it's comforting knowing I can call for a medication without having to expose others to sickness or drive while I am sick. Dr. Brabston listens to what I am saying and trusts my knowledge of my own body- he does not dismiss my thoughts about some serious conditions I have, and that has made all the difference. He has an open mind with new approaches to treatment. He usually answers my emails in a few hours, he is very organized and I trust him to take care of me. This practice truly serves the community."

"Came in for an appointment with Ancy NP, front desk and security were helpful in the main lobby. Office building was very nice and organized! I only waited 5 mins for my appointment. Ancy NP was amiable, listens well to what you want to say, and has good bedside manners. The two ladies in her office’s front desk were nice as well. Also, huge shoutout to Phlebotomist Linda for getting my blood in one try! Overall, good experience."

"1000% Not recommended ❗️Beware and be very careful about this scam office ❗️❗️ From this Valley Medical group Dr. Jaclyn Sta. Maria was really less knowledgeable and careless. After doing all suggested tests on my yearly visit they said I have to see the report results from their portal, So as a Doctor she should know to see the report in their portal there are lots of medical terms and language they usually written which is out of my understanding as I am not a Doctor, how do I understand those ? Even she told me she’ll provide a description email about the report results which she didn’t, so I told them we should discuss with Doctor at least over the phone about the report results whether the results are good or bad, and in my entire life I did the same way from all doctor office, but she denied coz she didn’t wanted to spend time for following up with the patient as she already did make money by me. And the receptionist was horribly rude, she was yelling to me as I asked her the time frame. Be cautious about u."

"my whole experience was not great from the second i walked in. the person greeting patients at the front desk is INSANELY rude and very bothered by any question that she is asked. I witnessed a patient ask how long the wait would be to get their blood drawn and she was so nasty to him (when he asked very politely) because he had to pick up his child. This woman then proceeded to call staff in the back and talk nasty ABOUT THE PATIENT IN FRONT OF HIM as if he couldn’t hear her saying things like “I TOLD HIM I DONT KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO FIND YOUR VEIN.” It was all so unprofessional and made everyone uncomfortable. Security was actually laughing when he saw my face watching this whole interraction so i’m assuming this is a normal behavior for this employee. I also had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time to get into the back to see the medical assistant and then doctor. Then had to wait for a phlebotomist (who talked about all her ailments and issues to me when i verbalized how long i had been there) for another 20 minutes. A simple physical and I was there for over 2 hours. All i can say is treat your patients better."

"I was going to the Valley Urgent Care on Hamburg Turnpike, but they have walk ins and the wait was always long. I decided to go to Dr. Duarte since I was able to get an appointment on line. So happy I did this, she is wonderful, takes her time, explains everything and it just a very nice person. Everyone in this office is great. I have made her my primary for me and my husband."
