"Have shopping at the James St, Syracuse, NY store for many years. Gary always takes care of my many product requests, etc. He keeps things running smooth. Stopped by this evening to grab a few things. I asked to talk with my guy Gary and was told he no longer works there. Totally disappointed. Last 2 trips to the store I ended up leaving after standing around waiting for assistance in the health & beauty aisle for 15 mins to get proucts that are always locked up and nobody was around to get the items. Finally got what I needed tonight. Gary was always ready to help whenever I stop in at the store. He was always all over the store helping customers quickly. It's a shame he's no longer working there. His absence is very apparent."
