Dr. Mazan E. Rabadi, MD

"I must start by saying that my visits to Dr. Rabadi over the last ten years have always been pleasant. Dr. Rabadi and his staff have always epitomized professionalism. Recently, a staff member named Helen has been consistently rude and obnoxious while working at the front desk. She often refuses to pass on messages to the doctor, believing she can handle the questions herself. Her behavior is unprofessional. She puts people on hold without warning and leaves them on hold for extended periods without giving a reason. Despite being told by Helen that blood work results would be mailed to me, I never received any documents. This has happened more than a few times. Helen has also given me unsolicited medical, advice medical opinions, and she is not a physician. If anyone has issues with this person, please post it, to. I am considering changing doctors to avoid dealing with Helen. I had an issue with getting paperwork completed for my job, which she messed up several times. When I said I would bring the paperwork by again to get it corrected, hopefully, Helen snapped back angrily. Is that a threat? How is that a threat in any way? I wonder, if I were not African American, would she have considered such a simple remark a threat? I am not the kind of person who typically writes negative reviews, but Helen's behavior and attitude have compelled me to do so. I also want to emphasize that Katie and Michelle are friendly, attentive, and professional. Helen should learn from her colleagues."

"If there was a zero star that’s what he would get. I have a friend under his care for the last 12 weeks. He has seen her maybe 3 times between the hospital and the rehab that he is associated with. He keeps saying there’s a plan for her but as of today there is none and unfortunately she may not make it for the rest of the week. I wouldn’t send my dog to see him. He is uncaring and unprofessional all he cares about is money he wants us to send her back to the rehab that he’s the director of. The reason she was sent there was he said he’d see her every day and he hadn’t seen her but once in over two months while she was there. He had the nerve to call her family and say from the hospital where do you want to send her next not that he wants to care for her or even treat her. I do have a couple of choice words for him unfortunately I’m not allowed to have a printed. He should suffer as much as he’s made her suffer."

"He is the worst doctor that I’ve had in 33 years of living. He is neglectful, he does not listen, he is not compassionate or understanding. If you don’t have money or insurance he kicks you out. He does not keep appointments and he is not a caring individual. Doctors like this ends up killing people certainly and I know because I currently have a open case on this doctor. Medically I have declined while under this doctors care and I don’t advise anyone to trust him with life."
