"I called this place about a month ago in need of a couples therapist. They said due to COVID-19 it would be virtual sessions. Which I didn’t really want but was ok with it. The receptionist took down my information and said my insurance covered it and that a therapist who is available will call me. That was on a Friday so by Monday I didn’t receive a phone call. When I called on Monday they said I should hear back from a therapist the next day. I never received a call back from a therapist as of yet."
