"nice doctors very poor manners from receptionists"

"I've been going to this office for about 3 years for 2 accident cases. I chose to go there the 2nd time because the doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. However the Kardasians at the front are very rude. Yanka the receptionist is out of order. The last few times I've gone there. I waited to see if she would even greet me while im signing in. I am a client there so I don't expect for me to walk in there and the receptionist just dont even have common courtesy at a business to greet a client. Especially if they are not even busy and im right there in front of her. Ive asked her if this business does'nt greet clients. Yanka stated, "Well I was raised to greet people if I come into their place." I was shocked. I responded to say yes that is right but when a business is serving a client and making money from the client, they should at least greet the client. Instead of the manager correcting her employee/family. She was siding with her wrong. I walked off to get my therapy. As I was walking off I heard Yanka discussing personal finances and private things with the manager very loud about my case. This was out of line and extremely unprofessional. I have recommended 6 people to this office only because of the doctors. I would never ever make another recommendation to these nasty, unprofessional, rude, money hungry chicks again. Common courtesy is to be exercised with all clients. I didn't ask for them to take me to dinner. Perhaps a training is needed for the front desk."
