"Went there for pain management and treatment. Am elderly and was in a car accident can barely walk around had neck surgery and bunch of procedures in the past. I went to this doctor and he suggested taking tylenol and getting a neck collar!!! Smh !! Asked about medication and he said idk! Not a good place for people with pain. You will waste your time. However if you want a facial and botox for wrinkles they offer that here!"

"Dr. Shah is great, knowledgeable, patience, caring, excellent bedside manner. However, time management is definitely an issue and I'm not sure who is at fault. I am the "first" appointment or "second" but still wait long periods of time. I schedule for 9am, arrive and they tell me my appt is for 9:30 and then I'm not even seen until close to 10:30/11am. Very frustrating when you have to take time off of work and keep calling your boss to let them know you're going to be x amount of minutes/hours late instead of x minutes/hours."

"I would love to give Dr. Binod Shah 4 or 5 stars because of his expertise and friendliness which is the reason I keep returning. However, I cannot due to a lack of time management in his office. I have never had an appointment where I did not have to wait an unreasonable amount of time. The 1st appt I waited 3 hours!! The 2nd appt I was scheduled at 9am but he did not arrive to the office until 9:45. By time I actually saw him it was 10:30. The 3rd appt I figured I’d try the afternoon but that wasn’t any better. I waited 2 hrs!! I don’t know if they are overbooking patients, if he needs more office staff or an alarm clock but something has to change!!! It shows a real lack of professionalism and respect for patient’s time, especially noting we are seeking pain management care. It’s disappointing because, as I stated early, he’s a good doctor. Smh.."

"Excellent Dr. I have been a patient for many years, and am always impressed with his patience in answering my questions, and the fact that he can admit that he does not know the answer to a medical problem. The first time I saw him, my back was completely out. I couldn’t walk, was in a great deal of pain, and was generally miserable. He had me do an MRI, saw what the problem was, and administered 3 epidurals. While my pain has never been 100% gone it has never been more than a dull throb in the background, or a bit worse if I strain myself, but after a days rest I am back to a dull throb. A vast improvement from what it was. For the past 2 years I have had a problem with my leg. No one seems able to figure it out. Dr. Shah has been researching the problem, and having me see specialists, rather than just injecting me on a gamble. He will not do uneccessary injections, or issue unneeded prescriptions. This makes him a great doctor in my opinion, and I will reccomend him to anyone who needs his type of help, and in fact have done so. A great doctor overall."

"Great Doctor went to see him twice for injections in my lower back. I was very impressed by the attention I received from the Doctor and all of his staff. Most importantly I feel so much better after just 2 sessions and have been able to return to normal activities. Thanks Dr. Shah"
