I'm not complaining about the store it's self but however on 1 week day my friends and I stopped to use the restrooms we had to wait about 20 minutes because a employee was using it so we had to use the men's bathroom and it was absolutely Disgusting, Dirty, And Nasty I don't understand how a big unique store can afford to have a nasty bathroom.not only have I experienced it at this specific store but In most of the Syracuse area TOPS have the same problem my question is WHY??? do you not have enough employee's to clean the bathrooms!!! Very disappointed very!!!!"
